Remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider N-able is set to hold its fourth-quarter and full year earnings call on 23 February. Call details are on the firm’s investor relations website here.
The 2022 year saw the company take home multiple awards for its scalability and security focused cloud solutions portfolio, aiming to benefit partners and customers just starting out, seeking to grow and SMBs in particular by simplifying RMM of systems, data and networks across complex IT environments.
N-able’s third quarter 2022 report stated total revenue of $93.5 million, which it said represented year-over-year growth of six percent – or about 13% year-over-year growth in constant currency.
Subscription revenues met $91.2 million, with a GAAP gross margin of 83.9% and non-GAAP gross margin of 84.8%.
Net GAAP income was $0.3 million or $0.00 per diluted share; non-GAAP net income reached $12.3 million or $0.07 per diluted share, the company said in its Q3 announcement.
The Q4 call announcement comes just after N-able’s plans were revealed for its Empower Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, from 9-11 May.
According to N-able, Empower will be a “true” peer-to-peer conference with enabling the team to connect, collaborate, and engage with its partners.
David Weeks, vice-president of partner experience at N-able, said the event will have “tons of content” that can help boost technical, business, sales, and marketing prowess.
“We’ve designed our sessions so that every MSP owner or employee walks away with knowledge that can help them improve. In essence, we are here to listen and learn from each other,” Weeks said.
About 30 hours of knowledge sessions, an expert cybersecurity keynote, and four programming tracks focused on an ‘own the cloud’ theme reflecting the remote working and SaaS expansion have so far been scheduled.
