Remote connectivity specialist TeamViewer is rolling out new operations integration solutions following its acquisition of digital employee experience (DEX) software company 1E.
“TeamViewer’s device monitoring now includes 1E’s real-time and historical performance insights, providing deeper endpoint visibility and proactive issue detection,” TeamViewer said.
The vendor noted that SMBs could benefit from the device monitoring integration.
IT teams can anticipate and resolve issues before they disrupt workflows. Automated troubleshooting can reduce disruption and the need for manual interventions.
“Additionally, access to TeamViewer Tensor is now directly integrated into the 1E DEX platform,” TeamViewer said.
As a result, end user organisations would get seamless, compliant IT management with secure, enterprise-grade remote connectivity, it added.
TeamViewer’s remote support functionality was also embedded into the 1E DEX ServiceNow integration.
“Enterprise customers leveraging TeamViewer Tensor within 1E DEX benefit from advanced security features such as conditional access, policy-based controls, and managed device support,” said TeamViewer.
This would help IT teams fix critical endpoint issues quickly, TeamViewer said.
Better operations integration to drive productivity
1E users can access real-time endpoint data and initiate secure remote support sessions directly from their existing interface. This eliminated the need to switch between platforms, TeamViewer said.
Overall, users would gain advanced endpoint visibility, automated remediation, and remote expert support, the vendor said.
“These integrations empower IT teams to resolve issues faster, reduce ticket backlogs, and improve operational efficiency with minimal disruption.”
Future developments will build on AI-driven automation, deeper insights, and expanded connectivity to assist business outcomes and reduce disruptions, according to TeamViewer.
TeamViewer is headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, and employs roughly 1,800 people worldwide. Revenues tipped €671 million (£559m) in 2024.
