Vyond, a vendor of software for making corporate videos, has launched a version of its flagship video creation platform in the US specifically for government agencies.
Gary Lipkowitz, chief executive officer at Vyond, indicated in the related announcement that video content was increasingly popular for marketing, communications and developing employee engagement.
“With Vyond for Government, federal agencies now have the ability to quickly create video content safely and effectively, with the peace of mind their data is fully secure,” Lipkowitz said.
He said that the US company’s federal customers had to communicate “critical, complicated and sensitive information” daily. Doing that at scale while also “engaging” a company’s audiences could be difficult.
For governments, Vyond offered enhanced security, support and implementation capabilities for public-sector use cases, including custom imagery and characters, a brand management suite, and team collaboration features.
“Vyond customers have seen measurable results like 130%-plus increases in engagement rates, 80% reductions in on-boarding course times, and millions of dollars in savings,” the vendor claimed in the announcement.
Vyond for Government has launched in the USA including on that country’s FedRAMP Marketplace. The platform’s security features are expected to comply with FedRAMP controls under the Li-SaaS designation for data protection, Vyond said.
The vendor did not specify if a Vyond for Government version of its video creation platform would become available worldwide.
