Next stop for GFI Software on its tour of Europe and global tech events is the Managed Services Summit Benelux, staged in Amsterdam 2 July.
Eric Vaughan, chief executive of GFI Software, said the event would be an “incredible opportunity” to connect with managed services providers (MSPs) and showcase its offerings, which is billed as enterprise-grade and MSP-focused, with SMB-friendly capabilities as well.
“We’re particularly proud of GFI AppManager AI – it has become our fastest-growing product in just 18 months,” he said. “It is enabling MSPs to manage multiple products and customers from a single screen.”
The company – a headline sponsor – will at the Amsterdam event also unveil GFI AppManager AI’s RADAR feature for monitoring of vulnerabilities and threats across users, networks, and applications, Vaughan said.
The company intends to “transform” its entire product portfolio with generative-AI type products such as copilots, which it says will enhance efficiency, security and user experience both for MSP partners and customers.
For instance, email security can be improved by implementing email content policies on outbound traffic – but it can be tricky to decide what should and shouldn’t be shared, create multiple policies, and set up different responses based on email content, according to GFI Software.
GFI MailEssentials CoPilot can generate policies when prompted as well as surface regulations applicable for compliance considerations in a business, it said.
The Managed Services Summit series for the Europe and UK channels will also run in London on 11 September, Stockholm on 1 October, and Manchester, UK, on 19 November 2024.
GFI Software has been visiting European partners in the spring to talk about messaging on its KerioControl security for SMBs and through MSP partners as well as other MSP-friendly products like GFI AppManager and GFI LanGuard.
The company has also already signed on as a Platinum sponsor of the MSP Expo 2025, scheduled for 11-13 February 2025 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, and Diamond sponsor of the concurrent Generative AI Expo.

GFI Software products for MSPs like GFI KerioControl offer real-time monitoring and alerts with firewall and intrusion detection capabilities. GFI AppManager can give MSPs comprehensive visibility and reporting across applications and user activity, the vendor said in a blog post.
GFI LanGuard boasts flexible billing, including features like pay-per-scan, with a view to helping MSPs match costs to usage, avoiding charges for unused services, the vendor said.
